It took a while for poor Emma Watson to live down this moment at the latest Harry Potter premiere. Unbeknown to Emma, who had chosen a delicate chiffon gown for the evening, the heavens opened up in a scene reminiscent of one of JK Rowling's books, with thunder, lightning, torrential rain and (oops!) gusty winds.

Oh dear. This picture was taken seconds after Janet Jackson exposed her breast (accessorised with an unsightly, decorative ring) to the American nation during a performance at the Superbowl. The face on a bemused-looking Justin Timberlake says it all.

Safe to say there have been no repeat incidents since.
