Ooze Confidence

Commit yourself to at least 3 months of eating healthy and working out and you should definitely start seeing results. If Michelle Williams could stroll the red carpet only 6 weeks after giving birth, you can definitely see your own results after 3 months.

oh, i thought she wasn't into sports... she was really big before pregnancy (now she has an excuse not to do anything). If those squats are so ineffective why share them with public?? to hear people laughing at you?

Eva Mendes' arms are considered very attractive. So the star has revealed her secret to great arms. She hits the gym three to four times a week, does yoga twice a week and also does arm-shaping boxing workouts.

And here are a few exercises to try:

Stand with feet together, breathe in and bend forward from the hips. Keep your knees straight (not locked).

Lower your torso to the floor until you can place palms on the floor in front of you.

Walk your hands forward until your spine, hips and head are level with the floor.

Do a push up. Slowly walk your feet towards your hands with small steps, until you are back bending from the torso with your feet close to your hands.

Repeat five or six times.

nice tips, i am so bored with my life for doing such things. that's why still single no BF. :unsure: but now i will start loving myself again and start doing exercise :) and fitness programs. B)
