Is it just me or does this sound like the plot for a really creepy movie?
Battle for little Suri's soul! Mother Katie wants to pull Suri out of the paws of awful Scientology sect, daddy does not agree... Anyway, all that matters is Suri. I hope she finds a happy life after all is said and done. Just like any other child in the world...
According to New York legal sources, Cruise’s religious beliefs will be central in the divorce battle. Katie wants to escape the Church of Scientology with Suri in order to protect her daughter. The source says:
"Suri is at an age where she will be becoming more and more involved with the church and Katie clearly wants to make the break before her daughter is dragged into Scientology."
On Tuesday, a worried Katie called police to the New York apartment where she is living with Suri after spotting two mysterious men in a black Mercedes SUV parked outside the door. Katie was convinced they were not members of the paparazzi who sell footage of her and her daughter to American celebrity websites, but Scientology operatives as they didn’t have cameras.
I’m Team Katie! Good for her! Protecting her little girl is her main priority which it should be. And there’s nothing about money as some can claim – I’m sure she’s earned millions from her own career.
