Do you think it is normal to avoid taking breakfast in the morning? I usually skip the breakfast because I am an inveterate latecomer and tend not to have enough time even for getting ready for the work. So, I eat only around 12 p.m. Do you think it is ok for my health? Cause I am really starving by the time it gets 12 o'clock.

Skipping breakfast is bad for health because when you wake up your organism needs energy for a busy day. Besides, breakfast is the only time of the day when you can eat whatever you want and in any quantities, you won't gain weight (unless your daily routine isn't limited to all-day-long watching TV and doing nothing).

I never think to avoid breakfast. Because breakfast helps me to control weight and it provides energy to me to work till lunch time.
