Bananas are awesome. Normal and organic is better, in all situations and with all meals, but if the substitute is refined meals, enhanced entire, or other quasi-food, even a normal bananas is ideal. Some say that the ripe fruit releases methane that can kill the sailors. Hypothesis apart, this makes me wonder, how the invention of the banana boat was even possible.
