Lip piercing can look really good It just depends on the person. Some people don't look good with them and others do that goes for every type of piercing. Lip piercings look amazing on the right person. The pictures they have posted here are unrealistic because most people don't gage their lips. Also you don't see people walking around with a needle hanging out of their mouth. I'm currently thinking about getting a monroe or spidder bites, if you don't know what they are google them you might change your mind and think that lip piercings can be beautiful.

I got my labret done about two days ago and let me say- up until the needle went in, I was a complete pussy about it. It was my first piercing (beside my ears) and I have a really low tolerance fir pain. But I'm happy to say that it only hurt a little bit. And as soon as the piercer fastened it, I couldn't even feel pain anymore. I clean it often with a iodine free, sea salt solution and its healing quite nicely.
