Celebrities have to always look perfect which makes them work out a lot. If you are interested in 'special' techniques the stars use this topic is for you. Here we are going to discuss everything about celeb's workout routines.

Let's start from Mad Men star January Jones, who is very proud of her legs. The actress has recently told us about some of her daily exercises which help her keep her legs toned and beautiful.

Jones, 34, is a fan of hula hooping, yoga and pilates. But since giving birth to her son Xander in September, exercise has taken a back seat.

‘I’ve been running around and nursing. That’s exercise enough,’ she says.

TRY THIS: Leg lifts work the muscles in the hips, lower legs, thighs and bottom. Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart.

Contract your abdominal muscles and flatten your lower back into the floor.

Lift the left leg up and clasp your hands lightly behind the thigh. Draw the knee toward your chest.

Slowly lift your hips off the floor. Press your right heel downwards for stability.

Avoid pushing your hips too high as this arches the lower back. Slowly lower yourself back to the mat.

Repeat eight to 12 times before changing legs.

Sometimes I think that celebs are a kinda overhumans... :unsure: They manage to return to their pre-preganacy shapes SO quickly!!! :o

They just know that everyone around will criticize them for being fat. ANd when you are an ordinary person no one is actually interested in your shape and its up to you whether to work on it or not.
