Reigning throughout 1990s, the so-called "Big Six" (those mentioned above + Kate Moss) were officially recognized and accepted by the fashion world as supermodels. They were the most heavily in demand, collectively dominating magazine covers, fashion runways, editorial pages, and both print and broadcast advertising.
My favorite of all those six is Cindy Crawford. She's ultimately beautiful and she knows how to age gracefully.
Cindy was born in DeKalb, Illinois on February 20, 1966. She was discovered at the age of 16 by a newspaper photographer and from there she took up modeling and entered in the Elite Model Management’s Look of the Year contest at 17 and was the runner-up. The Elite modeling agency in Chicago then started representing her.
Crawford is famous for her trademark mole above her lip.
In the 80’s and 90’s, Cindy Crawford was among the most popular supermodels and has been on hundreds of magazine covers. Also voted as one of the “most beautiful people” in the world by PEOPLE Magazine.
