Even perfection can become a victim of prejudice, and all those who told us that they appreciate our individuality and personal qualities might prove to be liars. In times of crisis all this gives way to good old-fashioned and neutral colors, especially when it comes to job interview.

First, you better hide your personality and make a good impression by showing humility and willingness to work, and only after this eventually you will be able to use your individual creativity. But even then there is no guarantee because unfortunately, and very frequently, the office is not a place for individualism but for robots that take more and more work and do not complain.

But even flawless appearance can sometimes give us a poor professional service. Perfect style could spoil our chances of obtaining a more “manly” job. This would mean that well-groomed men are victims of discrimination when applying for a position for which the outward appearance is not among the top five requirements.

I think you shouldn't care of what people around you say about your style B) Feel free to wear exactly those things you feel comfy in! B)

Yes, I also agree with the fact that we shouldn't care about others that what are they gonna think of our dressing and fashion. Just wear what you like to and what makes you feel comfortable.
