Those of us who feel guilty for being addicted to chocolate would be happy to reading this great news- eating chocolate on regular basis could actually make you thinner.

Despite the fact that chocolate contains bigger amount of calories comparing to other food, there is still a tendency of people consuming chocolate habitually having less body fat comparing to those who don’t, according to the latest study.

Researchers link it to the fact that calories in chocolate being different from the “normal” calories. Ingredients contained in chocolate make the metabolism in your organism work harder, and thus they replace the possible fat from other food.

me don't like chochlates that mean i can't loose my weight. Do taking cofee can reduce weight.

Chocolate is best for our health. It helps us to loose weight. It has also many other benefits. It helps us to avoid cancer.
