I've recently heard that Callanetics can help to get not only muscle tonus, but even balance your mind and spirit... is it really so? share your experience, please...

"Callanetics is a gentle but effective exercise routine that originates from the world of dance. Its founder, Callan Pinckney, was trained in classical ballet and designed a series of exercises to tone her body while rehabilitating from a back injury. Callanetics is therefore a no-impact exercise, and appropriate for any age or fitness level."

well, it was better than i expected. i thought callanetics was all about stretching and breathing but we had some exercised done too though we had to do them pretty slowly and mind breathing. planning to hit the class again later this week.
