It doesn't matter how long we may have been stuck in a sense of our limitations. If we go into a darkened room and turn on the light, it doesn't matter if the room has been dark for a day, a week, or ten thousand years -- we turn on the light and it is illuminated. Once we control our capacity for love and happiness, the light has been turned on. [Sharon Salzberg]

Oh, great idea to figure out how many users of MillionTalks forum are happy! But I would add: what makes you happy? My top:
1) Love
2) Genuine conversation
3) When I help someone
4) Learning
5) Development
what else?
Next time I'll try to be more concrete.
P.s. I don't know if I'm happy. Sometimes I experience this great feeling, sometimes - not. I think being happy is just a capacity which people should develope.

i AM happy!!! First of all i'm happy because everything in my life has finally become clear and i know exactly what i want. Secondly, i'm hugely in love with my husband and that makes me incredibly happy. And there is one more thing that makes me happy - my friends. They are fantastic!
Well, I think I can add quite a lot of things to the list... i'm happy that i'm healthy. people don't usually value health that much. only when they feel unwell they understand how important wellness is.
I'm happy that i have my arms and legs and all other parts of my body which function well. Maybe this sounds crazy but after watching film Soul Surfer i realized that i have nothing to complain about. The film tells a story of a girl who loved surfing more than anything in life and then one day a shark just bit her one arm off... she felt desperate, thought she'd lost the sense of her existence. But after visiting Thailand after a horrible flood and seeing how miserable people who lost their families were, she understood she could live without her arm and still be happy, and do all the things she wanted. And if she could do that why can't we? We have everything we need, we should just try a bit harder to achieve our goals.
I'm happy to have a job that i like. I used to work for a company where people's talents are not valued, where you feel just like a cog in the machine. Now i am the one who decides what to do and how to do it. That's great.
Well, that's all for now.. i can go on and on.. but first, i'd like to know about others, too))))

Isn't that sweet!?
Happiness is such a rare commodity. Happiness is something that all of us are seeking and cannot find. I guess its a path, and if you reach this happiness, than you don't get anything else to live for...
"Okay, okay! I take it back. Unf*ck you!!!"
