Breakfast sandwiches are great! For the bread you can use biscuits, hamburger buns, waffles, pancakes or anything else your imagination can come up with. You can add eggs, ham, bacon, cream cheese, chicken patty, veggies, jam and peanut butter. The choices are endless. Try also granola or breakfast bars. They are quick and can be eaten on the way to school. They are nutritious and have lots of energy to keep you going.
Btw, I read somewhere that if you're concerned about your shape (i guess almost everybody is) but you love sweeties, you can eat them before the midday as metabolism is fast enough. I've noticed that if I eat something early in the morning, it digests extremely fast. I think it does have sense.
