Hey everyone - I came across an article that I found informative on Yahoo! the other day that talked about 5 reasons to NOT workout for the day. In a nutshell - they were:
-When something hurts…
-When you’re sleep deprived…
-When you feel dizzy, thirsty or clammy…
-When your stomach’s been feeling queasy…
-When you have a fever…
That's at the high level.
Aside from that though, some questions came into my mind for my blog readers after I read over the article:
Have you ever worked out when you felt one of the physical symptoms described?
What things, if any, do you think the list of 5 is missing?
What physical problem would DEFINITELY stop you from working out for the day?
