meet Cookie, a new viral animal star. Cookie is a Little Pinguin from the Cincinnati Zoo. The funniest thing about Cookie is that he loves being tickled and is super amuzing when giggling

i didn't know pinguins were also ticklish!

this little bird is truly adorable and if you're having a bad day this video will definitely save you as it's really funny :)
