Manta Concept is a three-wheeled vehicle that is able to move by water and land. Besides its sleek and hi-tech design, the twin electric motor-powered amphibious three-wheeler is also a transformer. The blade-like rims cut through water, propelling the vehicle after a wicked 90 degree rotation. The The designers see the prospect of this 'simple and cost efficient' vehicle to be produced in the future.
