Family means harmony, thats for sure. And I believe women should be in charge of keeping comfortable atmosphere at home. But it's actually a fact that women act a little too emancipated nowadays, and being "manish" they ruin their families, dont you think so?
Should women be more quiet and respectful to family values? Are you for matriarchal or patriarchal way of life inside your home?

i think it depends on family. I do believe that women should treat family values more seriously than men because by nature we are better at keeping 'comfortable atmosphere' at home. But there are women who can't do it and there are also men who can't be leaders. So, each case is unique.

I believe no matter what, woman should convince her husband that he is the leader of the family, even if he is not. Women should ask for men's advices and permissions even if it is just stringing along. Otherwise there is a threat of men feeling themselves not respected and not valued and start looking for another woman who would value his manhood.
