Inspired by Black Swan and those amazing pictures of flying ballet dancers, I decided to recall my choreography classes and start stretching and do splits again. Do you know a fast and safe way to do the splits quickly?

great idea, here are the stretches that would help you do a split fast,easy,and safe:

Oh, and remember to stretch often but not too intensely. It’s easy to force your legs farther than they can comfortably stretch, but if you injure a muscle or tendon, you won’t do the splits for a very long time. Instead, stretch every chance you get, but stretch reasonably. Sit in the V position to do your homework or stretch when you’re watching television.
